SHIPPING
DOMESTIC
Eticora ships to all destinations within Australia and most countries world-wide. You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number so that you can track the delivery of your items. Please note:
During peak times delivery times may vary - please email hello@eticora.com if you do not receive your order in the time-frame specified. All Australian orders are dispatched within 2 business days. This excludes public holidays and any specified dates such as collection launches and sale periods. The Eticora studio is located in a rural location so some shipping delays are expected.
We use Australia Post and ship via regular or express post. Regular post is a flat rate of $10 and express is $15. Free express shipping on orders over $150.
INTERNATIONAL
For all international customers, your order will be sent via Australia Post International. For international delivery, please allow 15 working days (due to covid-19).
Please note that duties and taxes can incur on some orders and are applied by the countries customs - these possible customs duties, foreign taxes and other fees are the customers responsibility.
LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
Eticora will take zero responsibility for lost or stolen packages once a tracking number has been provided for your order. If your order has been significantly delayed we suggest contacting Australia Post.
Under no circumstance will Eticora be held accountable.
RETURNS
CHANGE OF MIND
Eticora does not offer refunds. If you do have a change of mind we must be notified within 5 days of purchase. We will gladly accept your return in exchange for a credit note provided you paid full price, the item is unused, unwashed and with tags still attached.
Please note, Eticora does not cover shipping costs for change of mind items.
FAULTS OR DISCREPANCIES
We encourage you to check over all items upon arrival as we need to know of any faults or sizing issues within 5 days of receiving. If an item arrives in a faulty condition, we kindly ask for you to notify us via hello@eticora.com where upon inspection we will take the appropriate measures of either a refund, replacement or our in house seamstress will work her magic. Please make special note of the 5 day time-frame.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are added to sale when we are moving seasonal stock or discontinuing a style. For this reason, sale items are final and we will not except any returns, exchanges or credit notes for these items. We ask you to please choose wisely before making your purchase. Please also make special note of this policy.
If you purchase during a promo-code sale, where items are discounted when entering a discount code during a flash sale or sale period, we will accept exchanges for a size exchange only (please note you will be invoiced for the extra shipping charge) provided we are notified within 5 days of purchase and we have the size available.
