We talk a lot about sustainability at Eticora. It is at the core of all we aspire to be and a constant topic of conversation with our supply chain and of course, you - our valued community. The pollution crisis is real and the impacts of fast fashion undeniable, and while this frightens us, it drives us harder towards ever evolving our efforts in being 100% sustainable.
We work closely with our suppliers and use only organic natural fibres, hemp and cotton. This sustains the health of soils, ecosystems and people, merging tradition and science to promote quality of life for all.
Our manufacturer in Melbourne is equally passionate about the future and is ethically accredited by Ethical Clothing Australia. We love them and their commitment to sustainable practices and minimal waste where possible. They return our fabric offcuts to us and we upcycle them into swing tags and other useful goodies. We also work with a local Melbourne GOTS certified dye house that uses low impact practices (with no hazardous chemicals!).
